Breeding rights are not included with the purchase of a puppy.
Breeding rights may be considered on a case-by-case basis only and must be approved in writing.
To begin the reservation process, the Buyer must complete an application, indicate readiness to place a deposit, and provide a valid phone number for contact.
A non-refundable $500 deposit is required once the application is approved. The deposit is applied toward the total purchase price of the puppy.
If the requested gender or specific criteria is not available, the deposit may be transferred to a future litter. Final payment is due when the puppy is 6–7 weeks of age, following the veterinarian well check. Puppies typically go home at 8 weeks of age.
Daisy’s Delightful Doodles reserves the right of first and second pick of any litter.
We reserve the right to refuse a sale at our discretion if it is not in the best interest of the puppy.
Each puppy will receive a veterinary well check prior to going home.
Buyer agrees to establish care with a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of bringing the puppy home and to have the puppy examined within 10 days to validate the health guarantee.
For the puppy’s safety, transport in a carrier or carry into the veterinary office and avoid contact with strangers in waiting areas.
Each puppy will receive its first set of vaccinations, deworming at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks of age, and will be microchipped prior to going home.
Buyer is responsible for completing the remaining vaccination series with their veterinarian.
Our breeding dogs are genetically tested and come from healthy lines.
We provide a one-year genetic health guarantee covering hereditary genetic conditions. The puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 10 days of going home to maintain the validity of this guarantee.
If a qualifying genetic condition is diagnosed within the one-year period, we will provide a replacement puppy from the next available comparable litter at no charge. No monetary refunds will be issued.
This guarantee does not cover environmental illnesses, accidents, injuries, neglect, improper care, or parasites after leaving our care.
We follow the Puppy Culture program, including Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS).
Puppies begin litter box training, transition to doggie door training around 6 weeks, and are introduced to crate training prior to going home.
Each puppy will go home with a small blanket or toy scented with mom and littermates, a small supply of current food, and a few special goodies.
Buyer acknowledges that raising a puppy requires time, training, financial responsibility, and veterinary care.
Daisy’s Delightful Doodles is not responsible for training outcomes, behavioral development after the puppy leaves our care, or veterinary expenses incurred after pickup (except as outlined in the health guarantee).
Submission of an application and/or deposit confirms that the Buyer has read, understands, and agrees to these Terms & Service.
