At Daisy’s Delightful Doodles, we are a family-based Goldendoodle breeder passionate about raising healthy, loving Goldendoodle puppies that grow into lifelong family companions. What started as a deeply personal journey has grown into a mission to provide family-raised Goldendoodles to loving homes looking for more than just a puppy, but a new family member!
We are proud to be a reputable Goldendoodle breeder in Buckeye, Arizona. And we serve the Phoenix area, as well as the surrounding states. We believe how a puppy is raised matters just as much as their genetics. Every puppy we bring into the world is raised with intention, care, and love from day one.
How We Started Breeding Goldendoodle Puppies
Our journey into breeding Goldendoodle puppies began after the loss of our daughter Rebecca’s beloved service dog, Faith. Our daughter Rebecca has special needs, including RTS Syndrome and Marfan Syndrome – she is very special indeed! We wanted a service dog for her, to help with her balance, vision and other needs she has. We spent a lot of time raising the funds to have Faith become part of our family. Faith was a beautiful, loving Golden Retriever. She was more than a dog — she was a companion, a comfort, and a constant presence for nine wonderful years. Losing her left a space in our hearts that could never truly be filled.
We have long been ‘Poodle People’. Before Faith, we always had a Poodle as our family dog. We already knew how intelligent, silly and loving Poodles are. We fell in love with the Golden Retriever breed – and as Poodle people, we decided we wanted to do both!
The Goldendoodle gentle temperament, intelligence, and loving personality reminded us so much of Faith. So, we got our first Goldendoodle, Daisy and we loved her so much! We loved the idea of having a non-shedding companion for Rebecca with all the personality traits of a Retriever and a Poodle! Our son really wanted a puppy from Daisy because she was so wonderful. So we decided to start breeding part-time. I fell in love with the puppies, enjoying puppy snuggles and the healing qualities they have. What started as part-time became full time because it has been so fulfilling to us!
Why We Chose to Raise Family-Raised Goldendoodles
We intentionally raise home-raised puppies because we believe the home environment shapes confident, affectionate dogs. Our family-raised Goldendoodles are surrounded by everyday sights, sounds, and people, helping them transition smoothly into their forever homes. We give them a lot of love and attention, and in return, they bring us joy!
Our puppies receive daily human interaction and affection, early socialization and gentle handling, a safe, clean, and loving home environment, and careful attention to health and development.
As an ethical dog breeder, our focus is never volume — it’s quality, health, and temperament. What Makes a Doodle the Perfect Family Dog
Goldendoodles combine the affectionate, loyal nature of Golden Retrievers with the intelligence and low-to-non-shedding coat of Poodles. This makes them excellent kid-friendly dogs, highly trainable, adaptable, and a great option for families seeking hypoallergenic doodle puppies.
Whether Mini Goldendoodles or Standard Goldendoodles, their loving personalities and adaptable temperaments make them wonderful family dogs. We tend to breed Micro Mini, Mini and Medium Goldendoodles.
Since Daisy’s first litter, we have continued our journey into the Doodle world, and we now offer Bernedoodles, Cavapoos and Aussie Mountain Doodles as well!
